When Dave asked me for a guest strip I could not refuse, I’m a fan of his comic Mercworks.
Sadly his comic is currently not getting nearly the attention it deserves, so be sure to browse his archive, you might like it!
Last weekend I had some free time to do whatever I wanted, I could catch a movie or two, do some gaming, or go outside and play in the sun! But what I ended up doing is what you see here.
OK It didn’t take me the whole weekend, I DID play games, and I did watch movies, but I swear, I did not go outside!
Anyway it’s been a while since I drew something just because I felt like it, it was nice. I remember a time when that was all that I did.
Don’t get me wrong, I like drawing even when I “have to” (most of the time) but it was liberating to know I could just up and quit at any time without consequences.
Besides, It ended up not being a total waste of creative energy as the work is now available as a print for anybody that feels inclined to make the purchase.
I’ve been a fan of the comic a long time now, so when I got the opportunity to make a guest page for Boxerhockey of course I jumped on it.
It’s a really great comic, it’s funny, It’s silly, sometimes serious and It looks fantastic.
There’s a reason why Boxerhockey has been in my link section since the day Twogag launched.

I remember that news story too. I’d be the same as Wayne. I need some sort of stimulation aaaall the time. Otherwise I go bloody bonkers!
Looks like all of Frank’s experiments on each Wayne clone has resulted in tougher Waynes.
But… how did he get out? o.o
He trained snow beetles to tunnel him a way out.
I actually wonder more how he got IN, and then stayed there for hours and hours while the snow piled around him.
Im pretty sure he could’ve just opened a window and dug himself out bit by bit compacting the walls of the tunnel etc.
Like Wayne had anything better to do.
